GRIDDLE

The 113,200 BTU griddle on the Grand Master Griddle hot dog cart is a four burner commercial grade LP gas. This griddle has a one inch thick, polished steel plate that holds maximum temperatures longer and can keep up with high volume grilling. This unit has a cool-to-the-touch, stainless steel bull nose front that protects the knobs and you. Stainless-steel, double wall construction makes this griddle able to hold in heat keeping temperatures accurate. This unit is useful for a variety of applications, from breakfast, lunch and dinner to many other services. Please keep in mind that people prefer grilled hot dogs and sausages rather than steamed.

STEAM TABLE

The steam table on  is double and can accommodate various size pots and lids. You can use the steamer for the buns, chili and sauerkraut. You can also steam your hot dogs since the steam table has its own burner and shut off valve. The stainless steel pans and lids (2 spillage pans, 6 1/3 pans and 2 roll tops) are easily removable for cleaning. NSF approved pans and lids.

SINKS

The Grand Master Griddle hot dog cart has four sinks with hot and cold pressurized water by a 12v pump. The standard water capacity is 5 gallon fresh water tank and 7 gallon disposed water tank. Tanks capacity upgrade is an optional.

BEVERAGE BIN

The insulated beverage bin on the Grand Master Griddle hot dog cart is easily reachable for customers to help themselves. It maximizes the life of ice and has its own drain and plug. It holds 262 cans and is easy to refill. The hinged lid has a chrome handle.

CONDIMENT TRAY

The condiment tray on the Grand Master Griddle hot dog cart consists of a stainless steel box with enough space to fit 5 pans and slotted lids (NSF approved and included). Here, you can offer diced onions, relish, pepper rings, jalapenos, dill pickles or anything else you would like to offer. Just set the mustard, ketchup and the napkin dispenser, and you are ready to start making money.

STORAGE

The Grand Master Griddle hot dog cart has plenty of storage space to keep all your supplies. All doors have their own safety latch.

CANOPY

The steel canopy on the Grand Master Griddle hot dog cart is customizable to the colors of your choice at no charge. The steel construction of the canopy allows you to set magnetic signs all over the canopy.

HEATING SOURCE

The griddle and the steam table on run on propane. Two twenty-pound propane tanks (not included) are located at the front part of the trailer in its own propane compartment. This compartment has an easily-accessible door and a safety latch.

TRAILER

The Grand Master Griddle hot dog cart rests on a D.O.T. approved heavy duty trailer (title available) with baked enamel finished. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it safely at freeway speeds. The tires size is 4.8″ x 12″ standard.

TOWING BAR

The Grand Master Griddle hot dog cart towing bar is removable (great feature, as this looks better and you can walk around the trailer without having to jump over it).The ball coupler is 1 7/8″ an it has two safety chains, and it is also available with an optional 2″ size.

LIGHTS

The Grand Master Griddle hot dog cart has tail, stop, signal and hazard lights. The wiring harness for the lights is male, and it comes with a license plate holder.

WHEEL LEVELING JACK

Keep on the level with this easy-to-use 1,500 lb. capacity swing-back trailer jack. The jack has a side crank handle to level it. Just fold it back and away for travelling.
