The storage compartment in the back is the perfect place to keep extra napkins, extra foil, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. The storage compartment in the front under the steam table is the place to keep your fresh hot dog buns. Both compartments have a door with a safety latch.
The 9 ft. market umbrellas on the Bullet hot dog cart can be the color of your choice. The umbrella holders are at each side of the cart, which gives you perfect shade. Every now and then you can remove the cloth part of the umbrellas and through them in the laundry machine.
