Schematics are available in three views: top, right, and left. The top view shows what appears on top of the cart and below the surface. The right side view shows what equipment and features appear on the right side. The left side view shows what appears on the left. Schematics allow you to see the location of specific features as well as where they are in relation to other equipment. Included in the schematics are the overall dimensions of the carts. You can view, download or print the documents. Schematics are required by most health departments as part of the application for a mobile food license.
