Super Limo Hot Dog Cart

GRILL

The stainless steel grill on the Super Limo hot dog cart is a double rack four independent burners with plenty of cooking space. The drip tray is below the barbecue and sufficient to hold grease for months, so you won’t have to clean it every day. Please know that people prefer grilled hot dogs and sausages rather than steamed.

STEAM TABLE

The steam table on the Super Limo hot dog cart consists of two big cast iron burners with its own shut off valve. The steam table accommodates two half size pans and two third size pans. Other configurations are available. You can steam your buns, heat up the chili, sauerkraut and cheese. You can also steam your hot dogs; keep your grill onions warm, etc. The steam table includes two half size pans six inches deep with solid lids and two third size pans six inches deep with solid lids. NSF approved pans and lids.

SINKS

The Super Limo hot dog cart has four sinks with hot and cold water, two 2 ½ gallon fresh water tanks (one for cold water and one for hot water) and a 7 gallon disposed water tank.

STORAGE

There are three storage compartments on the Super Limo hot dog cart. One in the front, one in the middle and one in the back of the hot dog cart. The storage compartment in the back is the perfect place to keep extra napkins, extra foil, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. The storage compartment in the front under the steam table is the place to keep your fresh hot dog buns. The cart has a large storage compartment to store sodas, buns, or any other merchandise. All compartments have a door with a safety latch.

CANOPY

The steel canopy on the Super Limo hot dog cart is red and yellow but it can be painted with color(s) of your choosing.

HEATING SOURCE

The grill and the two cast iron burners on the steam table of the cart run on propane. Two twenty-pound propane tanks (not included) are located in the middle part of the trailer in its own propane compartment. This compartment has an easily-accessible door and a safety latch.

TRAILER

The Super Limo hot dog cart rests on a D.O.T. approved heavy duty trailer (title available) with baked enamel finished. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it at freeway speeds with safety. The tires size is 4.8” x 8” standard.

TOWING BAR

The Super Limo hot dog cart towing bar is removable (great feature, as this looks better and you can walk around the trailer without having to jump over it).The ball coupler is 1 7/8″ an it has two safety chains, and it is also available with an optional 2″ size.

LIGHTS

The lights on the cart are tail, stop, signal and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.

WHEEL LEVELING JACK

Keep your Super Limo hot dog cart on the level with this easy-to-use 1,500 lb. capacity swing-back trailer jack. The jack has a side crank handle to level it. Just fold it back and away for travelling.
