GRILL

The grill on the Patagonia hot dog cart is a double rack 55000 BTU with plenty of cooking space. The drip tray is below the barbecue and sufficient to hold grease for months, so you won’t have to clean it every day. Please know that people prefer grilled hot dogs and sausages rather than steamed. Smoke sells.

STEAM TABLE

The steam table on the Patagonia hot dog cart can accommodate various size pots and lids. You can use the steamer for the buns, the chili and the sauerkraut. You can also steam your hot dogs. It has its own burner and shut off valve. The stainless steel pans and lids (1 spillage pan, 1 perforated half pan, two quarters and a separator) are included and easily removable for cleaning. Also NSF approved and listed.

SINKS

The Patagonia hot cart comes standard with 4 stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water, a 5-gallon clear water tank and a 7 gallon disposed water tank.

BEVERAGE BIN

The insulated beverage bin on the Patagonia hot dog cart is easily reachable for customers to help themselves. It maximizes the life of ice and has its own drain and plug. It holds 144 cans and is easy to refill. The hinged lid has a chrome handle.

MEAT COMPARTMENT

The meat compartment on the Patagonia hot dog cart is an icebox with a hinged lid and plenty of capacity to keep your products cold or frozen.

CONDIMENT TABLE

The condiment table on the Patagonia hot dog cart is located on the opposite side of the vendor. This gives the customers privacy while dressing their hot dog and you more space to serve the next customer. The table has five slots with five stainless steel trays and five slotted lids (included). These are also NSF approved. The condiment table allows you to offer jalapenos, fresh diced onions, mild pepper rings, sweet relish and dill pickles. Just set the mustard, ketchup and the napkin dispenser and you are ready to make money.

BREAD BOX

The bread box on the Patagonia hot dog cart has two levels. The lower-level of the bread box allows you to keep 30 bags (a total of 360 units) of your fresh buns behind two sliding doors. The upper level is the perfect place to keep extra foil, napkins, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. It has two sliding doors with chrome handles.

STORAGE

The lower storage compartment on the Patagonia hot dog cart is located under the counter to the left of the vendor’s position. It can fit 8 cases of sodas (24 cans each, 192 total units) and has its own door with a safety latch.

UMBRELLA

The 9 ft. market umbrella on the Patagonia hot dog cart can be the color of your choice. The umbrella holder is located in the center of the hot dog cart to give you perfect shade. Every now and then you can remove the cloth part of the umbrella and through it in the laundry machine.
Market umbrellas are less expensive and faster to replace than vinyl umbrellas. Vinyl umbrellas are high maintenance because they collect a lot of grease and dust. Therefore, you will have to clean them with soap and a brush at least once a week.

HEATING SOURCE

The steam table and the grill on the Patagonia hot dog cart run on propane. There are two propane tanks stored neatly and easily-accessible behind a door with a safety latch in its own propane compartment. It holds two twenty-pound tanks, so you will not run out in the middle of the day. Tanks are not included.

TRAILER

The Patagonia hot dog cart rests on a D.O.T. approved heavy duty trailer (title available) with baked enamel finished. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it safely at freeway speeds. The tires size is 4.8″ x 8″ standard.

TOWING BAR

The Patagonia hot dog cart towing bar is removable (great feature, as this looks better and you can walk around the trailer without having to jump over it).The ball coupler is 1 7/8″ an it has two safety chains, and it is also available with an optional 2″ size.

LIGHTS

The lights on the Patagonia hot dog cart are tail, stop, signal and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.
What you will love about the Patagonia hot dog cart is that you won’t need to carry the meat, extra sodas, buns or propane tanks in your vehicle. Everything fits in the hot dog cart. You just hook the trailer and go. When you get to your vending location everything you need is already in the hot dog cart, and at the end of the day when you leave, there is no loading. This is a very practical and great looking hot dog cart.
