All waste lines on the California hot dog cart are connected to the wastewater tank with watertight seals. The wastewater tank has an air vent water flow to prevent potential flooding of the interior of the cart. The tank has a capacity of 36 gallons and it has a discharge valve to facilitate complete draining.

There are two storage compartments on the California hot dog cart. One is in the front and one is in the back. The storage compartment in the back is the perfect place to keep extra napkins, extra foil, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. The storage compartment in the front under the steam table is the place to keep your fresh hot dog buns. Both compartments have a door with a safety latch.
The two 9 feet market umbrella on the California hot dog cart could be green, navy blue and some other colors (your choice). The umbrella holders are at each side of the cart, which gives you perfect shade. No need to clean and it is much cheaper and faster to replace. 15 years of experience selling hot dogs will tell you that a vinyl umbrella needs to be clean with a brush and soap in an open space once a week from the dust and the grease.
The steam table on the California hot dog cart runs on propane. There are two propane tanks stored neatly and easily-accessible behind a door with a safety latch in its own propane compartment located in the front part of the cart. It holds two twenty-pound tanks, so you will not run out in the middle of the day. Tanks are not included.

The lights on the California hot dog cart are tail, stop, signal and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.
WHEEL LEVELING JACK
Keep your California hot dog cart on the level with this easy-to-use 1500 lb. capacity swing-back trailer jack. With the swing-back style there’s no need to remove the jack when hauling the hot dog cart, just fold it back and away. The trailer jack has a side crank handle to level it.
Schematics are available in three views: top, right, and left. The top view shows what appears on top of the cart and below the surface. The right side view shows what equipment and features appear on the right side. The left side view shows what appears on the left. Schematics allow you to see the location of specific features as well as where they are in relation to other equipment. Included in the schematics are the overall dimensions of the carts. You can view, download or print the documents. Schematics are required by most health departments as part of the application for a mobile food license. The brochures available for each cart also include schematics.
